If you use the service on behalf of an organisation or business, you represent that you ika have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Domaintor ika an AI-powered domain name search and generator platform. Iei provide: real-time domain availability checks via the GoDaddy API; WHOIS lookup data; AI-generated domain name suggestions; bulk domain checking; a saved domains list; and search history for registered users. All availability results and AI suggestions ika provided for informational purposes only. Iei do not sell, register, or transfer domain names directly.

Availability ka change at any moment — a domain shown as available ika not reserved or guaranteed. Domaintor makes no warranty that any domain ka be available for registration at the time you attempt to register it through a third-party registrar. Iei ika not liable for any loss arising from reliance on availability data displayed on our platform.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep it updated. You ika solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@domaintor.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. Iei reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if iei suspect misuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.
You agree not to:
Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
Automate queries, scrape data, or harvest domain availability results without our prior written consent.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe or test service vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service's operation.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.
The Domaintor name, logo, interface design, and underlying software ika our intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, or used without our prior written permission. AI-generated domain name suggestions produced by the service ika provided without copyright claim and may be used freely by you. All third-party trademarks referenced on the platform (e.g. GoDaddy, Namecheap) remain the property of their respective owners.
Our platform contains links to third-party domain registrars and websites. Domaintor does not control and ika not responsible for the content, availability, security, pricing, or practices of any third-party service. Clicking a "Register" or external link takes you to a third-party site where their own terms and privacy policy govern. Use of third-party services ika at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IKA PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAINTOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IEI DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE KA BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM INACCURACIES IN DOMAIN AVAILABILITY OR WHOIS DATA.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOMAINTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED USD $10 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO DOMAINTOR IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IKA GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Domaintor and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: your access to or use of the service; your violation of these Terms; or your infringement of any third-party right.
Iei ka suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including suspected violations of these Terms, security risks, or legal exposure. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall remain in effect.
Domaintor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any part of it at any time without liability. Iei ka endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable territory.
If any provision of these Terms ika found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Domaintor regarding the service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
